If you order as a consumer, you may be entitled to a right of revocation according to the following instruction. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We basically bear the cost of returning the goods. This shall only apply if the goods can not normally be returned by post as a package due to their nature; in this case you bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of about 80 EUR.
You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Unless otherwise agreed, the right of revocation does not exist for contracts
- for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

3. Place of delivery
Orders and deliveries are only possible within Germany, Belgium, Italy, France, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic and Austria.
4. Conclusion of contract

7. Accepted means of payment
Payment in advance
Please transfer the invoice amount (total amount) to your bank account stating your order and customer number. Please refer to our order confirmation for our bank details. Upon receipt of your transfer to your account, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail from our accounting department. We reserve the goods ordered by you for 7 days. Please transfer the amount during this period. If we receive no payment during this period, the reservation will be canceled.
Important for orders from abroad (SEPA transfer)
Please note that when transferring the IBAN and BIC of our bank is indicated. Our complete bank details can be found on the invoice sent by e-mail. The transfer must be made in full amount of the invoice. The bank charges for the foreign transfer of your bank will be borne by you. The bank name of the receiving bank must not be entered in fair copy. If you have any further questions, please contact your bank. The transfer amount must be in Euros and will be transferred to a Euro account. The client bank must support SEPA (= Single Euro Payments Area). More information about SEPA can be found here. If the mentioned conditions are not fulfilled, we can not carry out the order. Therefore, make sure that the full amount of the invoice is credited to our account!

When choosing the payment option cash on delivery you will pay your order directly to the driver as soon as you receive it. After your order via our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your order will be transmitted from our webshop to our sales team, carefully checked and quickly confirmed. As soon as your order is completely ready for delivery, shipping will take place immediately. When handing over to the carrier, we will inform you of the package number of the shipment by e-mail. You can follow our delivery of goods online without interruption. So you can see the current delivery status and better plan the acceptance of the shipment. Gamingoase.de offers public institutions such as schools, universities or communities the payment on account. Please contact us in this regard.
Pay quickly and easily in small monthly installments through our partner Consors Finance. Simply select items, go to the checkout and select "Financing" as payment method. Upon completion of the order, you will be automatically redirected to Consors Finance, where you can complete your loan application online and then print it out.

The following requirements must be met:
- You are an employee and work for at least 3 months with your current employer. Your employment is for the next 12 months indefinite or
- You are a pensioner with an indefinite pension or
- You have been self-employed for at least 12 months.
- You have a regular income of at least € 650 net.
- You do not have a negative Schufa entry.
Like all banks, Consors Finance is required by law to conduct a legitimacy check. The identity of all new customers is checked before a loan is granted. This test is also for your own safety.
Your identity check can easily be done in the nearest branch of Deutsche Post.

A Swiss Post employee confirms your identity on the basis of your valid identity card or passport.
Upon receipt of the request for financing from Consors Finanz, we will deliver the goods ordered by you immediately (subject to a final positive check after receipt of your documents).
For the goods you ordered from us, you are entitled to a statutory right of defect according to the legal conditions.
