In addition to the statutory warranty, Gamingoase offers you an additional warranty (§443 BGB) for many items for a surcharge. For which articles this applies, you can find out directly from the respective articles. The additional warranty does not limit the rights of the consumer.

We do not carry out repairs ourselves within the scope of warranty services. We must therefore first forward reported complaints to the respective manufacturer. We therefore recommend that if you have a complaint within the first 24 months, you should contact the manufacturer's customer service department named in your item documents for direct and quick processing.

You can subsequently order our 48-month long-term warranty for your purchased item(s) within 90 days of invoicing (price may vary). Please note the information on the invoice and contact us on +49 (0) 9158 - 769460, stating the order, project or invoice number.

Legal Notice

The 48-month long-term warranty begins on the day of invoicing and ends after four years. It only applies to buyers who are resident in Germany and is not transferable. The additional warranty does not limit the rights of the consumer. It only applies to designated goods and within its scope we will provide free repairs, exchanges or equivalent replacements. Rechargeable batteries, batteries, lamps, printer toner or printer cartridges are excluded from the guarantee. The 48-month long-term warranty can be purchased by any customer, regardless of their place of residence or place of business, when placing an order or purchasing from a branch.
