Shipping:

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a shipping fee per order for the delivery. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

The shipping costs to countries outside Germany can deviate. For further information, please use the link "excl. shipping costs" on the product page and select the destination country. Delivery times for the respective destination country must be requested from customer support.

General information about shipping:

You will automatically receive an e-mail with shipping information (for example, package number, shipping date, etc.) once your order has left our warehouse. The status of your shipment can be queried online at any time after 18 - 36 hours at the respective logistics service provider via the link sent.
